Gandhimadhy Varadarajan has joined Dvara Holdings, Chennai as General Counsel (Head of Legal, Secretarial, and Compliance).

Varadarajan is a 1996 graduate of Dr. Ambedkar Law University School Of Excellence In Law. She earned her LLM in Constitution and International Law from the University of Madras in 1999.

Varadarajan has nearly three decades of experience in in-house roles, specialising in Corporate and business legal issues, PE-VC, SEBI / FEMA /RBI and other regulatory requirements, drafting high value commercial contracts, agreements, MoUs, etc. She held crucial leadership positions at ICICI Venture, a company she was associated with for over 17 years.

Prior to joining Dvara Holdings, Varadarajan was the General Counsel of Turbostart for a year.
