Highest Law Firm Salary so far! This law firm is offering more than large firms for fresh law graduates

Touchstone Partners is offering ₹22 lakh per annum to fresh law graduates, the highest among Indian law firms so far.

Earlier, we reported that Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM) is offering the highest pay package, at ₹20 lakh. Touchstone has now trumped this figure, although there is a difference in the number of hires between large firms like SAM and mid-size firms like Touchstone.

In comparison, S&R Associates and Trilegal are paying around ₹19.8 lakh (as per sources) and ₹19.5 lakh to its entry-level associates, respectively. 

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Khaitan & Co are offering fresh hires around ₹18 lakh per year.

Law Firm Salaries 2024

Spice Route Legal is paying is 16.2 lakh, Argus Partners and JSA are paying 16 lakh and IndusLaw is paying 15.84 lakh per year.
