Hogan Lovells elevates Aarti Rao to Partnership

Corporate & Finance Counsel Aarti Rao has been promoted to Partnership at Hogan Lovells.

Rao is a 2005 alumna of National Law School of India University.

She joined the London office of Hogan Lovells as a Senior Associate in 2017 and has been associated with the Firm over the past 8 years.

She has extensive experience advising on securitisation, structured finance and debt capital markets transactions. She advises lenders, arrangers, originators and investors on asset-backed financing and private and public securitisations of various asset classes including residential mortgages, commercial mortgages, trade receivables, lease receivables and consumer receivables in jurisdictions across Europe.

Rao's promotion is a part of Hogan Lovells' newly promoted class of 28 new Partners and 53 new Counsel across offices.
