IC Universal Legal promotes 29 lawyers across positions; Akash Mukherjee and Sambhav Ranka get elevated to Senior Partner

Of all promotions, 60% promotees are female team members, including in senior positions.

IC Universal Legal's Akash Mukherjee and Sambhav Ranka get promoted to Senior Partner. Eight lawyers get promoted to Partner, ten to Principal Associate and nine to Senior Associate level at the firm.

Mukherjee is a 2003 graduate of Jabalpur University. 

He has over 18 years of experience in commercial laws and litigation, he is experienced in drafting varied commercial documentation, commercial contracts and effectively advising clients on varied legal issues and procedures.

Ranka is a 2005 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune. He holds an LL.M. in International corporate and commercial laws from the Queen Mary University of London. He has over 16 years of experience and specializes in M&A, Private Equity, and Investment Funds practice areas.

Anu D'Rose Prabhu and Shreya Deora have been promoted to Partner at the Chennai office.
