IndusLaw Partner Siddharth Manchanda has left the firm to join Unacademy as Group General Counsel.

Manchanda is a 2009 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune and has over 12 years of experience working with leading law firms. He joined IndusLaw in Mumbai as a Partner in 2020 along with his team.

Prior to that, he worked with Algo Legal (erstwhile Themis Associates), and was instrumental in setting up the firm's Mumbai office. He started his career with Bharucha & Partners in 2009 and was a part of the transaction advisory practice of the firm.

Manchanda focuses on corporate and business restructuring, venture capital investments and acquisitions. His experience also extends to capital markets and banking and finance.
