Formerly Counsel at IndusLaw, Shruti KP has been elevated to partnership in the firm's Tax team, with effect from October 1, 2022.

Shruti is a 2007 graduate of the Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune and completed her LLM (with specialism in International Tax Systems) from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2008.

She has over 15 years of professional experience and focusses on transactional tax aspects related to mergers and acquisitions, international taxation, and contentious issues. During the course of her career, Shruti has advised a large number of leading clients in varied sectors including IT, manufacturing, FMCG, TMT, financial services, oil & gas, private equity, pharma etc.

On her promotion, Founding Partner Suneeth Katarki said,
