JSA appoints Anish Mashruwala and Madhurima Mukherjee as new Finance Practice Chairs

Mashruwala will be overseeing the Banking side and Saha will be leading the Capital Markets segment at the firm.

JSA Advocates and Solicitors has announced the appointment of Anish Mashruwala and Madhurima Mukherjee (Saha) as new practice chairs for its Finance Practice, with effect from May 15.

Mashruwala, based out of JSA’s Mumbai location, focuses primarily on banking & finance, financial services and cross-border investments and acquisitions. He has extensive international experience in all aspects of bank lending (secured, limited recourse and syndicated) and finance-related transactions, particularly in acquisition finance, structured finance, securitisation and derivatives. His practice also covers trade finance, debt restructuring and refinancing, security creation, private credit, and general banking products.

Based out of JSA’s New Delhi office, Mukherjee has more than 20 years of experience in securities offerings in the domestic and international markets, including initial public offerings, further offers, rights offer, qualified institutional placements, InVITs, and block trades. She has been part of some of the most high-profile and largest capital-raising efforts in the country.
