Kachwaha & Partners has promoted Tara Shahani from Senior Associate to Partner with effect from April 1. Shahani has been with the firm for over 10 years.

Shahani specialises in construction and infrastructure matters. She has been involved in several international commercial arbitrations, court hearings, criminal cases as well as tax matters for the firm.

The firm's Senior Partner Sumeet Kachwaha said in a press release,
