Keshav Dhakad joins Flipkart as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel

Microsoft General Counsel Keshav Dhakad has joined Flipkart Group as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel.

Dhakad has moved out of Microsoft after spending 15 years with the company in different roles. He last served as Group Head and General Counsel.

On his joining, Dhakad wrote on LinkedIn,

Dhakad is a 1999 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA. He is also a licensed attorney for the State of New York since 2003. He has over 23 years of law firm and in-house experience.

He is now also a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Flipkart Group and the Global Legal Leadership Team of Walmart International, developing and executing strategies, initiatives, policies for people, technology and business priorities.
