Khaitan & Co lawyer Rohit Ambast joins IndusLaw in Delhi

Rohit Ambast will be a Partner in the Transactions team at Delhi.

Khaitan & Co lawyer Rohit Ambast has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in the firm's Transactions practice at Delhi.

Ambast is a 2009 graduate of National Law Institute University (NLIU), Bhopal. He has also cleared level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examination of CFA Institute, USA.

He advises clients across a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, with a particular focus on domestic and cross-border M&A. His principal areas and sectors of focus are insurance, healthcare, financial services and education.

Before his stint with Khaitan & Co, he worked with the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas for almost five years.

On his joining the firm, IndusLaw Founding Partner Gaurav Dani said,

“We are happy to have Rohit on board at our Delhi office. Rohit’s addition to the firm’s M&A team will further enhance our ability to service clients in this space. We wish him all the very best on his new journey.”

On his transition to the firm, Ambast said,
