Khaitan lawyer Savani Gupte joins Samvad Partners as a Partner in Mumbai

This takes the total number of partners in the Firm to 17.

Samvād Partners has announced the joining of Savani Gupte at their Mumbai office as a Partner with effect from March 15, 2021.

Gupte will strengthen the disputes practice for the firm both in arbitration and litigation.

A 2011 graduate from Government Law College, Mumbai, Gupte has previously worked with Bharucha & Partners and Khaitan & Co.

She is also a qualified solicitor enrolled with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.

Gupte specialises in general commercial and corporate litigation, including domestic and international arbitration and insolvency and has advised and represented clients from diverse sectors before courts and arbitral tribunals.

Poornima Hatti, Partner, Samvad Partners welcomed the newest addition to the firm and said

“We are excited to have Savani on board - she will be a strong addition to the firm and strengthen our disputes capability in Mumbai.”

On her joining, Gupte said,
