Khushboo Butail Karol joins White & Brief as a Partner

Karol has over 18 years of experience advising corporates, promoters and high-net-worth individuals on Intellectual Property and Corporate Law matters.

Khushboo Butail Karol has joined White & Brief – Advocates and Solicitors as a Partner in its Intellectual Property, Strategic Planning & International Relations.

Karol is an alumna of the Government Law College, Mumbai, with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Mumbai

She has over 18 years of domestic and international experience advising corporates, high net-worth individuals, promoters and directors of companies across a broad spectrum of matters, including Intellectual Property, Corporate Compliances, Commercial Transactions, Dispute Resolution, Real estate and Succession Law.

She also advises on the international dimensions of her clients' affairs from inbound and outbound investment to cross-jurisdictional collaborations and the coordination of foreign counsel.

Prior to joining White & Brief, Karol was a Partner at ANM Global.

At White & Brief, she will work closely with the Firm’s leadership to strengthen the Firm’s existing practice verticals, develop new areas of expertise, and expand its presence across jurisdictions.
