Kiran Prince has joined Welspun One Logistics Parks as Head - Legal.

Prince is a 2008 graduate of the Hidayatullah National Law University.

Prince is a financing and corporate lawyer with more than 14 years of extensive experience in domestic and cross-border financings, investments, bond issuances, regulatory matters and restructuring with a special focus on structured finance, real estate and project financing. He has previously worked with leading organizations and firms such as ICICI Bank, Credit Suisse and TT&A.

Prior to joining Welspun One Logistics Parks, Prince held the position of Head Legal at KKR India Asset Finance Limited for over a year.
