Kirkland & Ellis has elevated Sandipan De as a Partner in its Debt Finance practice.

De is a 2015 graduate of the National Academy of Legal Studies & Research (NALSAR) University, Hyderabad.

He is a dual-qualified lawyer advising sponsors on multi-jurisdictional debt financings across varying levels of capital structures, with a particular focus on fund finance.

Prior to joining Kirkland, De worked with Latham & Watkins and Allen & Overy.
