Former Dentons Link Legal Partner Kshama A Loya has announced the launch of her specialist arbitration chambers in Mumbai.

The Chambers of Kshama A Loya will be focusing on:

  • Commercial arbitration (domestic and international), bilateral investment treaty arbitration, arbitration-related litigation, pre and post-arbitration advisory, negotiation of settlements and enforcement of arbitral awards across jurisdictions;

  • Disputes arising out of shareholder agreements and joint ventures, trade and investment agreements, and traditional and renewable energy projects;

  • Advisory on Indian law, English law, public international law and international investment law.

Loya is a 2009 alumnus of ILS Law College, Pune. She earned her LL.M. in International Commercial Laws from King's College London in 2011.

She is a dual-qualified lawyer (India, England & Wales) specialising in international commercial arbitration, investor-state disputes and cross-border dispute resolution. She advises clients on navigating complex international frameworks, enforcing arbitration awards and judgments, and resolving high-stakes conflicts across jurisdictions.
