Two L&L Partners - Apurva Jayant and Samarth Gupta - have resigned from the firm even as Founder Partner Rajiv Luthra and Senior Partner Mohit Saraf enter mediation to resolve their dispute.

Pursuant to the order passed by the Delhi High Court, Luthra and Saraf had submitted themselves to mediation before Senior Advocate Sriram Panchu.

The two senior-most partners at L&L Partners have been embroiled in a tiff over the dilution of the firm's equity for weeks now.
