Luthra and Luthra commemorates Rajiv Luthra's birth anniversary and firm's foundation day

The late Rajiv Luthra’s passion for art and culture was remembered through an event that featured the critically acclaimed musical dance production 18 Days, Dusk of an Era.

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India on August 1 commemorated the birth anniversary  of its late founder Rajiv K Luthra and also celebrated the firm's Foundation Day in Mumbai.

Luthra’s passion for art and culture was remembered through an event that featured the critically acclaimed musical dance production 18 Days, Dusk of an Era.

Directed by kathak artists Bharat R Prabhath and Sharat R Prabhath, this multimedia production narrated the epic tale of the Mahabharata.

Commenting on the event, Gayatri Luthra, wife of the late Rajiv Luthra, said,

“This event was a testament of Rajiv’s love for art and culture. This musical was the last event he hosted in Delhi and there was no better way of remembering him on his special day.”

Among those in attendance were Aamir Khan, Zarine Khan, Dr Rati Godrej, Hormuzd Godrej, Dr Jamuna Pai, Charu Sharma, Nisha Jamwal, Rajesh Shah, Bina Aziz and Ananya Goenka.

“The evening showcased the triumph of the benevolent founder, Rajiv K Luthra, in building a lasting legacy called Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India,” added Managing Partner Harry Chawla.

Rashmi Uday Singh, Luthra’s elder sister, said,

“Rajiv, my younger brother, is my hero. A magnificent golden-hearted legal superstar who continues to live in millions of hearts of the people whose lives he touched. He continues to inspire us to convert  every setback into a comeback.

His son Advait Luthra added,

“Dad has created an organization that was always meant to be an extension of himself. It is indeed an  honor to lead the ‘Rajiv K. Luthra Foundation’ and carry on his legacy."

Luthra founded the firm in the early 90’s during India’s economic liberalisation.
