Luthra Partner Jay Parikh joins Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas

Parikh will be based out of CAM's Ahmedabad and Mumbai offices.

Luthra and Luthra Partner Jay Parikh is joining Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner. He will work out of the Mumbai and Ahmedabad offices.

Confirming the development, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Managing Partner, Cyril Shroff said,

Parikh is a 2006 graduate of NUJS, Kolkata. He started his career with erstwile Amarchand Mangaldas.

Parikh has over 18 years of considerable experience in M&A, Joint Ventures, Private Equity, Banking & Finance, restructuring & Insolvency, Capital Markets, and General Corporate advisory. His core practice area is Corporate Finance & M&A which involves structuring, negotiating and documenting financing transactions at all business stages, including seed,angel, venture capital, bridge, convertible, debt, private placements, public offerings and strategic M&As/JVs, including those involving stressed assets.

Prior to joining CAM, Parikh was associated with Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, where he held the position of a Partner for 6 years. Before that he was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas. He has previously also worked at VERUS and Bharucha & Partners.
