Former Partner at White and Brief, Manu Varghese has joined Samvād Partners as a Partner in General Corporate practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

He will focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity.

Varghese is a 2007 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS).

Varghese specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and business transfers. In a career spanning over 15 years, Varghese has worked with clients from sectors like e-commerce, retail, cement, financial services, equipment manufacturing, renewable energy and information technology.

He has previously worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.

Prior to joining Samvād: Partners, Varghese held the position of a Partner and Head - Corporate & Commercial at White and Brief for 2 years.
