Marisha Shukla has been promoted to Director Legal of Ola Electric with effect from April 1, 2022.

Shukla is a 2009 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur and has experience working with law firms and as an in-house counsel.

During the early years of her career, Shukla has worked with OSC Services on secondment to the international offices of Clifford Chance LLP. She has also worked with Dua Associates, Classis Law and CSL Chambers in Delhi. Prior to joining Ola Electric in April 2021 as Associate Director Legal, Shukla was General Manager with Swiggy.

Shukla works out of the Bangalore office of Ola Electric.
