Nandini Pathak has quit Nishith Desai Associates to join Bombay Law Chambers as a Partner and Head of Investment Funds and Asset Management practice.

Pathak graduated from Jindal Global Law School in 2014 and earned her LLM in Corporate and Financial Laws from JGLS in 2021.

Pathak has a decade of experience as a lawyer in the Investment Funds industry in India. She has led high-profile mandates, including managing India's largest infrastructure fund and renewables-focused funds, as well as working with prominent private equity, venture capital, and sovereign wealth funds.

Prior to her move to Bombay Law Chambers, she was associated with Nishith Desai Associates for a decade.
