Nidhi Khadria has joined JSA Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner in Mumbai, further strengthening the firm's Corporate practice.
Khadria is a 2004 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune.
She has close to 22 years of experience advising domestic and international clients on complex corporate transactions, strategic investments, governance matters, regulatory compliance, and commercial arrangements.
She has advised clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, fund structuring, debt financing, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and large-scale commercial contracting. Her experience spans sectors such as warehousing and logistics, healthcare, financial services, technology and real estate, where she has worked closely with businesses on growth initiatives, risk management and strategic transformation projects.
Prior to joining JSA, Khadria was a Partner at Lex Consult for the past three years. Over the course of her career, she has held senior legal and leadership positions with LOGOS India, Matrix Partners India and New Enterprise Associates (NEA), in addition to practising with leading Indian law firms including AZB & Partners and Trilegal.
