Nitin Konchady joins Ropes & Gray as Partner in New York

With over 17 years of experience, Konchady focuses on capital markets and securities transactions and workouts, with an emphasis on distressed and special situations.

Nitin Konchady has joined the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP as a Partner in the Finance and Credit Opportunities Practice.

Konchady is a 2006 graduate of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore. He earned his LLM in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2007.

With over 17 years of experience, Konchady focuses on capital markets and securities transactions and workouts, with an emphasis on distressed and special situations. He also advises debtors and creditors in connection with financial restructuring matters, including out-of-court and in-court restructurings, debt equitizations, amend and extend transactions, and rights offerings. His experience covers various industries and regions, including the US, UK, and continental Europe.
