Padmini Rathore exits Khaitan to rejoin CAM as Chief Revenue Officer

As CRO at CAM, Rathore will be part of Managing Partner Cyril Shroff's office.

Khaitan & Co Chief Practice Officer Padmini Rathore has left the firm and rejoined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) as its Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).

As CRO at CAM, Rathore will be part of Managing Partner Cyril Shroff's office.

On this development, Shroff said,

"Padmini is returning home. She has a wide range of business skills, and we expect her to make an impact. We are delighted to have her back."

Rathore is an alumna of MICA, Ahmedabad, and holds an executive program certificate from Harvard Business School in "Managing & Transforming Professional Service Firms". She is a certified PCC level leadership coach and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

She has over 20 years of experience in business strategy, financial management, organisational governance, efficiency management and marketing communications (branding and PR). She has previously worked with Accenture, the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas, DSK Legal and Khaitan & Co.

On her joining, Rathore said,

"I am delighted to return to CAM. CAM is a firm that has always been at the forefront of innovation and growth in the legal market. I look forward to contributing to its continued growth and success."

On Rathore's exit from the firm, Khaitan Executive Director Amar Sinhji said,
