Piramal Group General Counsel SK Honnesh has left the organisation to join Kotak Mahindra Bank as General Counsel.

Honnesh had joined Piramal Group in 2013 and helped set up and organise the legal function across the group.

He holds a degree in law from National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

Anand Vardhan has now taken over as Group General Counsel of Piramal Group after Honnesh's exit.
