Former Link Legal Associate Partner Pratyush Khurana joins IndusLaw as Partner

Khurana has more than a decade of experience as a transactional lawyer – both in the M&A and PE & VC space.

Continuing with its hiring spree, IndusLaw has now hired Pratyush Khurana as a Partner in its Corporate practice at Delhi.

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Khurana was an Associate Partner at Link Legal India Law Services.

Khurana has more than a decade of experience as a transactional lawyer – both in the M&A and PE & VC space. He has acted for and advised multinational companies, funds (domestic as well as international), and start-ups, in transactions as well as general corporate matters.

Founding Partner of IndusLaw Gaurav Dani commented on the addition,
