Praveen Kumar Thodupunuri joins IndusLaw as Partner in firm’s Real Estate Practice

Praveen Kumar Thodupunuri has joined IndusLaw's Real Estate Practice as a Partner, at its Hyderabad office.

Prior to joining IndusLaw, Praveen was associated with Tatva Legal, Hyderabad, Fox Mandal and Associates and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co.

With over 15 years of experience, Praveen’s practice primarily involves drafting and negotiating various forms of real estate agreements, including commercial leases, joint development agreements, construction agreements, operation of CAM Agreements and conducting land due diligences.

Commenting on the appointment, Founding Partner Suneeth Katarki said,

“We are happy about Praveen joining us and his addition will enhance our capabilities in servicing clients in the real estate sector.”

On this new endeavor, Kumar also added,
