Purazar Fouzdar joins MZM Legal as Partner; Nadiya Sarguroh and Chirag Naik elevated to partnership

MZM Legal has announced the appointment of Purazar Fouzdar as a Partner at its Mumbai office.

The firm has also elevated Nadiya Sarguroh and Chirag Naik to partnership.

Fouzdar joins MZM Legal along with his team to strengthen the firm’s real estate and dispute resolution practice.

With over 16 years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration, he has advised clients on complex civil and commercial disputes, high-value arbitration and significant real estate transactions, including land acquisitions for luxury developments and high-net-worth individuals. He also has experience in technology, blockchain and cryptocurrency-related advisory.

Sarguroh has over a decade of experience in international commercial arbitration, banking and insolvency, corporate advisory, media and entertainment law and complex commercial litigation. She has advised clients across a wide range of sectors on cross-border disputes and restructuring matters.

Naik works with the firm’s white-collar and investigations practice and is recognised for his work in high-stakes criminal defence, regulatory investigations, compliance and cybercrime matters, with extensive experience before agencies such as the CBI, ED, SFIO and SEBI.
