Radhika Iyer has joined Khaitan & Co as Partner - Corporate & Commercial.

Iyer is a 2002 graduate of Government Law College, University of Mumbai. She earned her LLM from the University of Mumbai in 2004.

She is a Corporate lawyer with over 20 years of experience and routinely advises clients on cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, including other corporate and commercial advisory work.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Iyer held the position of Partner at Khaitan Legal Associates for 2 years.

Iyer's responsibilities will include facilitating and coordinating the firm’s service offerings to Pune-based clients and other clients who have legal needs in the region.
