Rajanala Yella Reddy rejoins TLH, Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner

Reddy has over two decades of experience across Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Employment and Labour Law, and General Corporate Advisory.

Rajanala Yella Reddy has rejoined TLH, Advocates & Solicitors as a Partner at the firm's Vijayawada and Amaravati office.

A graduate of Jagarlamudi Chandramouli College of Law, Guntur (Acharya Nagarjuna University), Reddy holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution from ICADR in collaboration with NALSAR University.

He has over two decades of experience across Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Employment and Labour Law, and General Corporate Advisory. He has appeared before the High Courts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the NCLT, the CESTAT, the VAT Appellate Tribunal, Consumer Courts, and the civil and criminal courts, in matters spanning constitutional, commercial, contractual, arbitration, revenue, debt recovery, and intellectual property law.

He has also served as Standing Counsel for Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh and currently represents the University Grants Commission. He is empanelled with NBCC (India) Limited, Equitas Small Finance Bank Limited, and KIOCL Limited before the High Court of Andhra Pradesh.

In the past, Reddy had been associated with Tatva Legal (now TLH Advocates) for five years. He had also worked with IndusLaw (now CMS IndusLaw), before founding Yella Legal, Advocates in 2018.

On joining TLH, Reddy said,
