Rakesh Warrier rejoins JSA as Partner in Bengaluru

Warrier's will join the firm's Corporate practice in Bengaluru.

Rakesh Warrier has rejoined J Sagar Associates (JSA) as a Retained Partner in the firm's Bengaluru office.

Warrier will be part of the Corporate team led by Tony Verghese.

His expertise spans across regulatory advisory services in various industries like telecom, services (IT/ITES), life sciences, e-commerce as well as venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures, M&A transactions and general corporate and commercial matters.

Warrier is a 2008 graduate of National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS), Kochi. He initially worked at the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas before joining JSA in 2011. He was made Partner in 2020. He left JSA in 2022 to join ZETWERK.

Joint Managing Partners at JSA Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy remarked on Warrier's return to the firm,
