Ravi Shandilya has joined GMR Energy as the Head Legal.

Shandilya is a 2009 graduate of Symbiosis Law School Pune. He earned his LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Shobhit University in 2017. He also holds a MBA degree from NMIMS, Mumbai.

Shandilya has over 16 years of experience spanning law firms and in-house legal roles, with core expertise in Energy Laws, Commercial Disputes, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution.

He has held leadership positions in Energy sector giants, including Reliance Infrastructure Limited, Adani Green Energy Ltd., and Hindustan Power Projects Private Limited.

At GMR Energy, Shandilya will be handling the company's Commercial Litigations, Dispute Resolution, regulatory affairs, and advise on Corporate Laws and Energy Law.
