Rohit Dhingra joins Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas as Partner in White-Collar Crime Practice

Dhingra will be working out of the firm's Delhi office.

Rohit Dhingra has joined Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a Partner in White-Collar Crime Practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Dhingra is a chartered accountant with a graduation in BA LL.B.

He brings to SAM over a two-decade-long extensive experience, specializing in the areas of forensic accounting, dispute advisory, litigation support, white-collar crime investigations, FCPA, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption matters. He has advised clients on internal audit, risk consulting and compliance across a diverse range of sectors including e-commerce, CPG, retail, infrastructure, manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, and renewable energy.

Prior to joining SAM, Dhingra was a Managing Director in the Risk Advisory and Investigation practice at FTI Consulting. He has also worked with firms such as Ernst & Young LLP, KPMG, and Genpact.

On Dhingra's joining, Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,
