Royzz & Co has announced the promotion of Jitendra Bohra as Partner (Trademark). Bohra heads the Ahmedabad office of Royzz & Co.

Bohra is an alumnus of Jain Narain Vyas University and the University of Rajasthan. He is an attorney and also holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering. 

He has been appointed as a Start-up Facilitator (Trade Marks) by the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks. He also had a brief tenure as a Hearing Officer at the Indian Trade Marks Registry.

Having actively participated in arbitration proceedings and also provided strategic advice to numerous corporations in the renewable energy sector, Bohra brings a blend of technical knowledge and legal expertise which enables him to effectively protect clients' intellectual property rights, particularly in the realm of innovation and invention.
