Rupesh Mishra has joined CapitaLand as Assistant Vice President - Legal.

Mishra is a 2007 graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He holds an LL.M. in International Economic Law and Policy from the Academy of International Economic Law and Policy.

With over 16 years of experience, Mishra specializes in Private Equity and M&A. He has experience in both law firm and in-house roles.

At CapitaLand, Mishra will handle Real Estate, Funds, and M&A transactions.

Prior to joining CapitaLand, Mishra was associated with Everstone Capital Advisors as an Executive Director-Legal, Private Equity, for over 9 years.
