S&A Law Offices acquires U&L Partners to expand Ahmedabad presence

The founders of U&L Partners, Nilesh P Udernani and Gaurav K Lakhwani, will join S&A Law Offices as Partners.

S&A Law Offices has acquired Ahmedabad-based boutique disputes firm U&L Partners. The founders of U&L Partners, Nilesh P Udernani and Gaurav K Lakhwani, will join S&A Law Offices as Partners, leading the firm's Ahmedabad office, along with their 12-member team, bringing deep regional insight and a strong dispute resolution practice to the firm.

Udernani is a alumnus of Gujarat National Law University.

Lakhwani earned his LLM from Jindal Global Law School and BA LLB from M.S. University of Baroda.

Both of them have vast experience in Civil and Criminal Disputes, IBC, IP, real estate and corporate transactions advisory.

Sharing their thoughts on the move, Udernani said,

Lakhwani added,
