Saga Legal has made two Associate Partners and one Counsel

The promotions have been made across the Firm's Corporate, IP and Disputes practices.

Saga Legal has announced its annual round of leadership promotions: Antra Ahuja and Shilpa Chaudhury have been made Associate Partners, and Veera Mathai has been made Counsel.

Ahuja is a corporate lawyer with experience across Corporate, TMT & Data Privacy, advising clients from start-ups to multinational organisations, and playing a key role in leading mandates and complex commercial negotiations with a solution-oriented approach.

Chaudhury has significant experience in Intellectual Property Rights, advising clients across sectors such as digital marketing, FMCG, healthcare, technology, F&B, D2C, etc., with expertise spanning IP consultation, registration, prosecution, management and enforcement in India and abroad.

Mathai is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with expertise in Commercial Litigation & IBC. She advises and represents clients across sectors, including FMCG, real estate, and financial services, and regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, DRT, and DRAT.

On these promotions, Gaurav Nair and Sanika Mehra, Managing Partners, said,
