SAM Partner Akshay Sachthey has joined the legal team at Pine Labs as Director – Legal (Global Strategic Investments).

Sachthey is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi.

He has over a decade of experience in corporate/ business advisory, M&A and investment transactions (inbound and outbound), commercial contracts and regulatory work across sectors. He advises clients on a host of matters ranging from routine advisory and compliance to contentious and pre-dispute situations across various sectors including insurance & reinsurance, retail, FMCG, healthcare, fintech, gaming/ gambling, media & IT/ ITeS, manufacturing and real estate.

At SAM, he was part of the General Corporate practice and was previously with Phoenix Legal as an Associate Partner.

Commenting on the move, Sachthey said,
