Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Partner Harsh Kumar joins P&A Law Offices as a Partner in the firm’s General Corporate Advisory practice.

The firm has recently also announced its annual promotions making three partners.

This brings the firms' partnership to a total of 11 Partners including Anand S. Pathak (Managing Partner), Akshat Hansaria, Amit Mishra, Gaurav Mahajan, Harsh Kumar, Kumarjit Ray, Nabik Syam, Ravish Kumar, Shashank Gautam, Sreemoyee Deb and Vijay Purohit.

Harsh is a 2005 graduate of NUJS, Kolkata. He initially worked with Herbert Smith, AZB & Partners and Khaitan & Co.

In 2015, he joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was made Partner. Later in 2018, he moved to Shardul Amarchand MAngaldas.

Harsh has advised leading Indian corporates, MNCs, and Indian start-ups on general corporate law and commercial matters, including domestic and cross-border investments, joint ventures, financial investments, private equity, and venture capital transactions.
