Samvad Partners promotes Bengaluru-based lawyers Anisha Shroff and Siddharth Seshan to the partnership. This takes the total number of partners in the Firm to 16.

Anisha has been with the Firm since 2015 and works primarily in the areas of mergers & acquisitions and private equity & venture capital transactions. Anisha holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, New York (2012) and is qualified to practice law in India and State of New York, USA.

Siddharth joined the Firm in 2019 and his practice focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory matters.

He is also a key member of the Firm’s anti-corruption and compliance practice. Prior to joining Samvād, Siddharth was associated with Themis Associates, Archer & Angel and Vaish Associates.

Siddharth holds an LL.M. degree from University College London, UK (2009) and is qualified to practice law in India.
