SAMVĀD: Partners' Equity Partner Ashwini Vittalachar has left the firm to start private practice as Avenor Legal.

An alumnus of the University of Chicago Law School, Vittalachar joined SAMVĀD: Partners in 2007 and remained with the Firm till May, 2026.

With over 18 years of experience, she has deep expertise across private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, and employment law. She advises a wide range of stakeholders on domestic and cross-border transactions, across tech, fintech, e-commerce, life sciences, automotive, and regulated sectors. On the employment side, she advises on ESOP design, retention structures and compensation planning, to sensitive workplace investigations for boards and global companies.

Vittalachar will move on to establish her private practice under the name Avenor Legal and will be operating out of Delhi NCR.
