SNG & Partners Senior Partner Sharad Joshi has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Partner in the firm's Corporate practice at Mumbai.

Joshi is a 2006 graduate of Bombay University and holds an LL.M. from the same institution.

With over 16 years of experience, Joshi brings to Luthra an extensive background in project financing, infrastructure legal advisory and EPC contracting. His expertise includes financing and security documentation, master restructuring agreements, take-out finance documents, bid documents (including concession agreements), tax-efficient EPC contracts, privately placed debenture transactions, and acquisitions.

Alongside Joshi, Associates Rachit Verma and Prarthana Markod from SNG & Partners are also joining Luthra and Luthra.
