SAM claimed victory over defending champions LKS, winning by just 7 runs!

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co were crowned Champions of the 17th SILF Turf Cricket League, defeating defending champions Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan by a narrow margin of 7 runs in a thrilling final played at Modern School, Barakhamba Road.

The high-intensity encounter lived up to expectations, delivering a finale truly worthy of the tournament’s stature.

The 17th edition of the league witnessed participation from 28 leading law firms from across the country, making it one of the most competitive and widely contested editions to date.

While SAM lifted the coveted trophy, Team LKS earned widespread appreciation for an outstanding campaign marked by consistency, resilience, and exemplary sportsmanship throughout the tournament.

What’s Next

Building on the success of the cricket league, SILF and Turf Sports Management are now set to organize the 3rd Edition of the SILF Turf Law Firm Olympics on 21st and 22nd February 2025. The two-day multi-sport extravaganza will feature men and women lawyers from leading law firms competing across 11 different sports at Modern School, Barakhamba Road.
