INDUSLAW has inducted Shashi Mathews as a Partner at its Delhi office. Mathews has joined the firm as part of its taxation practice.

Shashi has over 11 years of extensive experience in advising on taxation and regulatory laws including valuation issues, classification, interpretational issues and antiprofiteering regulations.

He has advised and represented large number of clients through major tax disputes and investigations across various sectors such as telecom (both infrastructure and service providers), real estate, FMCG and information technology, both in the capacity of lead counsel as well as a briefing counsel.

Prior to joining INDUSLAW, Shashi was associated with PDS Legal as a Director.
