Shivani Khandekar has joined S&R Associates as a Retained Partner in Litigation and Arbitration practice at the firm’s New Delhi office.

Khandekar is a 2013 graduate of the University of Delhi.

She is an Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India.

Khandekar’s litigation and arbitration practice covers commercial litigation, Indian and international arbitration, regulatory and insolvency matters. She has represented clients in the manufacturing, infrastructure, finance and telecommunications sectors before various courts and tribunals in India, including the Supreme Court of India, the High Court of Delhi, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, the National Company Law Tribunal, and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, as well as in institutional arbitration proceedings.

Her prior experience includes working with Trilegal in New Delhi as counsel and with Singhania & Co in New Delhi, where she was a Partner.

Khandekar joins S&R Associates along with Associates Gokul Holani and S M Shriram Kashyap.
