Shreya Sircar joins JSA as a Partner in Disputes practice

Sircar will be based out of the Firm's New Delhi office.

Shreya Sircar has joined JSA as a Partner in the Disputes practice. She will be based in New Delhi and join Sidharth Sethi’s team.

Sircar is a 2010 graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She earned her LLM from New York University School of Law.

Sircar brings with her a wealth of experience in Dispute Resolution, Data Privacy, and Technology, Media, and telecommunications (TMT) law, further strengthening the firm's capabilities in these critical practice areas.

With over 14 years of experience in dispute resolution, Sircar’s prior experience includes roles at leading law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Bharucha & Partners and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices.
