Bharucha Partner Shreya Sircar quits to join Luthra and Luthra as Dispute Resolution Partner

With Sircar joining, Luthra and Luthra strengthens its ever-increasing dispute resolution team with 21 partners and 55 lawyers.

Formerly Partner at Bharucha & Partners, Shreya Sircar has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Dispute Resolution Partner.

Sircar is a 2010 graduate of the Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She also holds an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law in 2011.

Sircar is a highly regarded lawyer with over 13 years of experience in dispute resolution. Prior to joining Luthra and Luthra, she was associated with Bharucha & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, where she advised clients on complex commercial disputes, arbitration, and litigation matters.

At Luthra and Luthra, Sircar will focus on representing clients in high-stakes commercial disputes, including arbitration and litigation. She brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise, and her addition to the firm will strengthen its already impressive dispute resolution practice.

On her joining, Shreya Sircar commented,
