Siddharth Bhavnani, Arjun Anand merge practices under Antares Legal banner

Both lawyers have over 15 years' experience advising clients on venture capital and private equity.

Siddharth Bhavnani and Arjun Anand have merged their practices under the brand Antares Legal.

The firm will serve a varied range of clients, with a strong focus on the early and mid-market client segment.

Anand has a career spanning over 15 years, having advised multinational corporations, small and medium businesses, private equity funds and venture capital funds. His focus area has been transactional advisory, though he continues to advise clients on varied aspects of the law.

Anand has previously worked at Singhania & Partners, Bharucha & Partners, Suri & Co and Tatva Legal.

Bhavnani has been advising clients on venture capital and private equity transactions in varied sectors for 15 years as well, and works with financial institutions and target companies alike.

Prior to setting up Antares Legal, Bhavnani has previously worked as in-house counsel at Grofers and before that with law firms including Verus, Dua Associates and Tatva Legal.

Commenting on the development, Anand said,
