Siddharth K Vedula joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in General Corporate practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

Vedula is a 2009 graduate of National Law School of India University, Bangalore.

He has previously worked with private equity funds as well as Indian and international corporates on transactions across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. He has previously worked with the Embassy Group as General Counsel. Prior to that, he has also worked at the Embassy REIT and at Samunnati, an agri-focused NBFC.

Welcoming him on board, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, said,
