Desai Diwanji' Siddharth Mody joins JSA as an Equity Partner along with team

Mody and his team will be based out of the firm's Mumbai office.

Desai & Diwanji Senior Partner Siddharth Mody has joined J. Sagar Associates as an Equity Partner in Corporate Practice at the firm's Mumbai office. Along with him Retained Partner Rahul Deodhar, Principal Associate Prerana Chaudhari and Associate and Abhishek Singh are also joining the firm.

Mody is a graduate of the Government Law College, Mumbai.

With over 20 years of experience, Mody has represented investors, and promoters in PE/VC and M&A transactions ranging across sectors, including technology, agriculture, healthcare/pharma, hospitality, education, auto/auto ancillary, real estate, and power/roads.

Before joining JSA, Siddharth Mody worked at Desai & Diwanji since 2004, becoming a partner in less than 10 years and eventually a senior partner.

On Mody's joining, Joint Managing Partners Amit Kapur and Vivek Chandy said,
